Delivery Information

Stock items are despatched via Interlink Express, usually on a next-working-day service (subject to stock levels and orders being placed before 2.00pm) Busy periods throughout the year (Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, Mother's/Father's Day) delivery may extend to 48 working hours.

Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Wight, Isle Of Man, Northern Eire orders will be despatched on a 2-3 day service. Orders are normally delivered between the hours of 9.00am – 5.00pm and require a signature.

If you do not wish to inccur a delivery charge we are happy for you to collect your goods from our Coventry or Skegness warehouses. (24hrs notice required)

• By Midday

Customers within the EU are able to purchase from us, however you will have to arrange for the goods to be collected from our Coventry warehouse.

Our pricing structure for delivery is as follows:

• £ 8.00 for the first 20kgs plus 25p every additional kilo thereafter.

Your shopping basket will give the exact shipping cost for your order once you have finished selecting products.

All orders leave our warehouse in good condition and are double checked before being packed.

If your order has any item missing or is damaged you must telephone us within 7 days of receiving it.

If your order is not as expected or you have ordered the wrong size/colour/quantity you may return it to us (at your cost) and we shall issue a refund for the cost of the goods only upon return of the items. The items need to be in a re-saleable condition in order to be refunded.

IMPORTANT
During the busy Christmas period (Start of November to the end of December), we are unable to guarantee next day delivery on orders or samples.
