All of our stock Magnetic Boxes can be printed with your own logo or design to the top lip, internal lid or the front flap. Our in-house print department is setup to cater for orders from a single box to 1000's of boxes within a short lead time. Every stage of your order is handle by one of experienced print team, from design and artwork, visual proofing through to finished boxes. If you are looking for a Magnetic Box that we do not currently stock, or you have an extremely complex design, we can have this produced for you from our partner factory in China. There is a minimum order quantity for this service of 1000 plus boxes, and a lengthy lead time of 14-16 weeks. Foil Printed Magnetic Boxes

This is our most popular form of printing boxes. The finished results are truly amazing and will add value to your products instantly. We operate 4 manual presses in-house, each catering for print runs from a single box if required. The process involves converting your artwork into a magnesium or copper plate, which is then applied to the machine and heated at a very high temperature. Metallic or Matt coloured film is feed in between the plate and the surface of the box. The operator applies pressure to the plate and your logo transfers on the box. Being a manual process this is a premium service, ideally suited for single coloured logos and customers looking from between 1 to 2000 boxes within a 2-3 week lead time.

Screen Printed Magnetic Boxes

If you are looking for a Pantone colour matched logo, or a 1,2,3 colour logo then Screen Printed Boxes are what you require. This method involves converting your artwork onto a mesh frame called a screen, that is then applied to the machine and Ink is then pulled across the mesh to transfer through onto your boxes. You will require a screen for each colour on your design which is paid for on your first order, and re-used on any additional future orders. Again this is a manual process which is suitable for customers looking for 25 plus boxes or multi-coloured designs.

Digital Printed Magnetic Boxes

This is a new service we now offer for clients looking for full colour Printed Magnetic Boxes. All of our stock boxes are available to be digital printed. The process involves printing your logo using state of the art digital printers, there simply is no limited to what you can achieve. This service also allows us to offer a high ink coverage on the box. UK Digital printed Boxes are suitable for customers looking for 10 plus boxes where the design is complex or the print area is larger than what we can offer on foil or screen printed boxes.

Bespoke Magnetic Boxes

If you are looking for Magnetic Boxes in a different size or colour than what we currently stock, we might be able to manufacturer those for you from our partner factory in China. Minimum quantities will apply of 1000 plus boxes within a lead time of 14 to 16 weeks. With our bespoke service we can offer different box sizes, colours and specialised papers.
